Strata from Brand Experience Agency has announced a major leadership restructuring to support ongoing expansion and ambitious growth plans within the event and experiential marketing sector.
This illustrates a formal leadership change as Simon Humbley and his senior colleagues move to group-level roles focused on strategic growth across the broader institutional portfolio.
Strata’s day-to-day leadership will be led by a new executive team consisting of Cole Mulkerrins as CEO, Andrea Bishop as Managing Director and Giles Cattle as Chief Growth Officer.
Simon Hambley, formerly CEO of Strata, is currently the group CEO, reflecting the evolution of the business and its goal of driving growth across the institutional group.
He will focus on shaping the overall strategic direction, performance and integration of the group’s overall brand, working closely with recently appointed non-executive chairman John Farrell to leverage support from ETHOS investment partners.
At the group level, Hambley will be joined by Paul Querfurth (Chief M&A, Integration and Transformation Officer), Phil Staines (Chief Staff), Jake Shuckburgh (Chief People Officer), Julie Phillips (Finance Director) and Liz Gear (Chief Business Systems Director). Along with Farrell, this expanded leadership team will drive the group’s long-term strategy, integration efforts and operational excellence.
“This transition demonstrates its intention to grow even further and meet the evolving needs of our clients,” said Cole Mulkerrins, CEO of Strata.
This evolution of leadership has made Strata well positioned to deliver exceptional client work while exploring new opportunities for innovation, integration and group-wide collaboration.
