Travis Kelce joins Taylor Swift’s Knicks hype by liking Instagram post

Taylor Swift fans loved all the content that came out of watching her watch Wednesday’s (June 10) game between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs. Among them was her biggest supporter, Travis Kelsey.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is often by his famous fiancée’s side at sports games, but this time the pop star watched Game 4 of the NBA Finals courtside at Madison Square Garden with Mariska Hargitay, Alana and Este Haim. That means Kelce has had to keep up with the excitement on social media along with the rest of the Swifties, and she showed her vicarious enthusiasm by liking numerous videos of Swifts enjoying the game on Instagram.

One clip he “liked” showed Swift taking a seat at MSG, with ESPN shouting out her goofy “Stevie Nicks” shirt in the caption. Another photo shared by GQ Sports shows the 14-time Grammy winner saying “Hi!” Alana cheers for the camera, saying, “Go Knicks!”

She also praised a SportsCenter video of Swift dancing after a Knicks basket, captioning it, “Taylor is having so much fun.”

The game, which the New York City team won 107-106 and put them one win away from the NBA championship, took place in the middle of the Chiefs’ minicamp training. Kelce had a chance to watch the Knicks play against the Swifts a few weeks ago, but at the time he was rooting for the home team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“Bringing Tay back to Cleveland and showing her her roots is always something I love to do,” he said afterward in New Heights. “This wasn’t me trying to convince Taylor to become a Cleveland sports fan. This was just a fun date night, knowing I love going to basketball games. In fact, we tried to go to a game in New York, but I ended up staying in Kansas City. I love bringing Taylor into the world of sports, which I appreciate.”
