Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding could be an all-nighter, according to an event schedule obtained by The Associated Press.
The news agency reported on Thursday (July 2), the day before the couple’s wedding at Madison Square Garden, that a city permit authorizing the couple to wed at the New York City arena indicates a start time of 5 p.m. ET, which the document calls the “main event.” The time frame suggests the celebrations could last until 4 a.m. the next morning.
The permit also confirms that 100 guests are scheduled to arrive Thursday at 6:30 p.m. ET for a “pre-party celebration,” which officials told The Associated Press is a rehearsal dinner for pop stars and football players.
Billboard has reached out to Swift’s representatives for comment.
This development comes as many officials are actively preparing for the celebrations in MSG and surrounding areas. The permit also appears to outline that roads near the venue will be completely closed overnight as workers set up multiple entrances and drive-through tents.
Many of Swift’s famous friends have been spotted in the area in recent days, including Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter, Aaron Dessner and Camila Cabello. The couple reportedly initially told their guests to be in New York City on their wedding day, but declined to reveal the exact location, but George Kittle essentially confirmed it in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.
“I actually asked Travis, [where it is] “He laughed at me last night,” the San Francisco 49ers tight end told the outlet on June 24. “I was half expecting to see a jumbo jet on the runway, but they put us on some plane.”
One of the ways Swift and Kelsey kicked off their wedding weekend was by donating $26 million to numerous charities in cities that are personally important to the couple, including New York, Nashville, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Cleveland, and Reading, Pennsylvania.
