RIIZE is revealing the next chapter.
The group has announced the six-song lineup for their second mini-album ‘II’, which will be released on June 15th via SM Entertainment/RCA Records. The project opens with “SOAR,” moves into “Do Your Dance,” ends with “In a Loop,” and closes out the set with “DD-Done,” “Overdrive,” and “Like a Bomb.”
This release lands in the middle of a crowded period for SM Entertainment, which has seen a wave of comebacks from late spring to early summer. TAEYONG will return with his debut solo LP “WYLD” in May, aespa will release “LEMONADE” on May 29th, SHINee will release “Atmos” on June 1st, and Hearts2Hearts will be released on June 22nd. RIIZE slots into the heart of its schedule with II, joining one of the label’s busiest early summer release periods in recent memory.
The mini-album is the group’s first new project since November’s “Fame” and follows last year’s debut studio album “Odyssey.” According to the label, II expands on RIIZE’s sound while continuing the real-time, emotionally direct storytelling that has shaped the group’s catalog. Led by “Do Your Dance,” the mini-album centers around the group’s performance-driven energy, drawing from their run of the festival in March, which made RIIZE the first K-pop boy group to perform at Lollapalooza South America, and also performed in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
RIIZE has been steadily climbing the Billboard album charts. The group’s first EP, RIIZING, reached No. 5 on World Albums and No. 11 on Top Album Sales, and their debut full-length, ODYSSEY, rose in both rankings after its physical release in the United States in 2025, reaching No. 4 on World Albums and No. 9 on Top Album Sales. RIIZE also appeared on Billboard Global Excl. In the United States, it has produced multiple global hits, with “Boom Bun Bass” peaking at No. 87 in 2024.
