Taylor Swift’s wedding look included several notable designer names, as well as a well-known connection to her record-breaking The Elus Tour wardrobe.
According to a statement released by Swift’s representatives to Billboard, the pop superstar wore Christian Dior haute couture for her wedding to Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday (July 3). Swift and Kelsea’s ceremony looks were designed by Jonathan Anderson, Dior’s creative director for women’s, men’s and haute couture collections, in close collaboration with the bride and groom.
The dress will be Anderson’s first haute couture wedding dress for a world-famous celebrity, according to a statement. Swift completed her bridal look with Cartier jewelry, and she and Kelsey wore custom Christian Louboutin shoes.
The Louboutin details are noteworthy for Swift fans. Christian Louboutin says on its official website that Swift wore bejeweled custom styles by the designer throughout the European leg of the Elas Tour, with the house creating custom and existing silhouettes in a variety of shapes, heel heights and colorways.
According to the designer, those designs included crystal-encrusted Eleonora Botta boots from the show’s “Lover” portion, Kate boots from “Fearless,” custom lace-up ankle boots from Folklore and Evermore, and CL Moc Lug loafers from “Red.”
The official wedding style details follow Swift and Kelsey’s ceremony on Friday night at Madison Square Garden, where the couple tied the knot in front of family and friends. The couple did not have traditional bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, Swift’s brother Austin served as Travis’ chaperone, and Jason Kelce served as Travis’ chaperone. Actor and comedian Adam Sandler, who appeared in Kelsey’s cameo in the movie “Happy Gilmore 2,” served as master of ceremonies.
Swift and Kelsey’s relationship began in 2023 after the Kansas City Chiefs tight end attended her show in Kansas City and later revealed in New Heights that Swift wanted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with her phone number on it. The two announced their engagement in August 2025 by posting a photo of Kelce’s proposal in a flower garden on Instagram with the caption, “An English teacher and a physical education teacher are getting married.”
Over the course of their romance, Swift wrote several songs that are almost certainly about Kelce, including “So High School” and “The Alchemy” from her album The Tortured Poets Department, which spent 17 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and “The Fate of Ophelia” and “Opalite” from the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “The Life of a Showgirl.”
Official photos of Swift in her bridal outfit had not yet been released as of Friday night.
