Apple is slowing down the deployment of its “more personalized Siri” experiences it promised as part of its deployment of Apple Intelligence. According to a Tech Giant statement issued Friday by Apple blog Daring Fireball, the company has admitted these new Siri features as “more than we offer.” Apple now expects to roll them out “next year.”

Announced last year at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference, the new, more personalized Siri was intended to upgrade your plagued digital assistants with the ability to understand your personal context, including your relationships, communications, your routines and more. He touted the upgrade not only artificial intelligence but personal intelligence as “Apple’s next big step.”

Additionally, SIRI updates make the service even more convenient by allowing actions to be performed within and across the app.

The announcement comes when Apple appears to be behind AI, critics argue. Recently, users have reported that Siri is misreporting basic facts and think it’s time to lead some like tech investor MG Siegler to stop Siri completely or replace it with ChatGpt (not just increasing it).
