Full-service agency Red Blaze has moved to an employee-owned company. This means that employees are directly profiting the company through the employee’s ownership trust (EOT).
Through the EOT structure, employees benefit, have a voice for the future, increase stability, and increase engagement and motivation.
As part of this transition, there have been changes to the management team to better align with the new structure.
With the creation of EOT, Gaby Pugh, who has been in business for over seven years, has been appointed managing director.
Founder Stephen Pope, who had little involvement in the daily business, moved to “founder director,” and Peter Jackson became the trustee of the Red Blaze Trust.
Managing Director Gaby Pugh said: “REST peace of mind, the transition to employee ownership simply reinforces our commitment to delivering the extraordinary service and quality you would expect.”
She adds: “Our core values have not changed, and our dedicated team is willing to innovate and deliver outstanding results than ever before.”
