Saison Capital, BRI Ventures and Coinvelvesy have officially launched Tokenized Indonesia, a new accelerator program aimed at identifying and supporting real-world asset (RWA) startups in the blockchain and tokenized space. The initiative seeks to promote innovation and adoption of tokenized assets in Indonesia, and estimates the potential of a US$88 billion market for domestic asset tokenization based on the findings of the November 2024 report Project WIRA – Opportunities for Indonesia’s Asset Symbolicization.
Tokenized Indonesia will be held from April to August 2025, with finalists running proof of concept (POC) with leading Indonesian companies, including financial institutions such as Bankra Cat Indonesia (BRI) and telecommunications providers such as Telkom Indonesia. The programme will peak in August, when the startups registered in August will be on display at Bali Coinfest Asia, Asia’s largest crypto festival, Asia’s largest crypto festival, from August 21st to 22nd.
The launch announcement to tokenize Indonesia was made at Onchain 2025, an annual conference led by Saison Capital, D3 Lab, Helix and Emulgo. Over 500 people participated in an event held in Bangkok this year.

Indonesia’s blockchain and tokenization ecosystem is evolving rapidly, supported by high-tech-savvy demographics, the growing middle class, the growing fintech sector and the increasing adoption of digital payment infrastructure. A report developed by BRI Ventures, Saison Capital, D3 Labs and Tiger Research, Project Wira highlights the potential of blockchains to transform Indonesia’s financial ecosystem. 7% of Indonesia’s population is far more than the 6.4 million stock investors on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), with a greater chance of adoption. Innovation is already occurring in the fields of digital money, commodities, bonds, carbon credits and real estate. The report estimates that demand for asset tokenization in Indonesia could reach US$88 billion by 2030.
