Belfry Hotel & Resort has announced that celebrity chef and British winner Tom Shepherd will be designing the menu for his first Belfry Classic Golf Day.

Sutton Coldfield native Tom will show you exactly why his “no ordinary schoolboy” desserts help him secure a coveted top spot, and will include appetizing dishes in the gorgeous three-course menu he prepares for the day’s gala dinner.

The invitation-only Belfry Classic Golf Day, which will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, will be hosted by respected sports presenter, journalist and broadcaster Dan Walker.

You will see celebrities from the world of sports, music and television gather at the resort’s Championship Bravazon golf course.

“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the area,” said Robert Bates, executive head chef at Belfry Hotel & Resort. “Tom is an extraordinary talent and brings famous skills and unique talent to the first ever Bell Free Classic Golf Day, creating a menu just as memorable as the action with the Greens.”

The proceeds from the time, sponsored by Turkish Airlines and the Elliot Group, will be directed to two charities of the resort’s life-changing partners: the Motor Neuron Disease (MND) Association and Hospitality Action.
