Fennerverse manager Mourinho said the Galatasari bench was “jumping like a monkey” during a Turkish super rig match.
Turkish Football Club Galatasaray accused Jose Mourinho of making “racist statements” and said he will launch a criminal case against manager Fennerverse following a 0-0 draw on the Super Rig .
The statement Galatasaray mentioned was unknown, but Mourinho said the home side bench was “jumping like a monkey” and that the match would have been a disaster if the Turkish referee were in charge.
Monday’s match was umpireed by Slavko Vincic of Slovenia after both clubs requested foreign officials to take charge.
Galatasaray said in X that Mourinho has “residually issued a dim-like statement directed at the Turkish people” since taking on a role in the league.
“Today, his discourse extends beyond merely immoral comments and to clearly inhumane rhetoric,” the club said.
“We hereby formally declare our intention to commence a criminal case in relation to a racist statement made by Jose Mourinho and submit official complaints to UEFA and FIFA accordingly. ”

Mourinho, former manager of Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, has been previously fined and suspended for comments about officials in the Turkish match. The Portuguese once again became critical of the Turkish umpire at a post-match press conference.
“After the match, I went to the referee’s dressing room. Of course, the fourth official was the Turkish umpire,” Mourinho said.
“I told him [Vincic]’Thank you for coming here as you come to a big match and you are responsible for a big match.
“And I rely on myself on a fourth official, and I [said]”If you’re a judge in this match, this match will be a disaster.”
“And when I say him, I say the general trend.”
Mourinho also praised Vincic for not giving defender Yusuf Akcicek a yellow card early in the match despite an animated response to the Galata Rally Bench challenge.
“We also need to thank the judge. After the first minute of big diving, the Turkish judge jumps like a monkey on the top of the child, and the Turkish judge takes the yellow card five times after one minute. Because I’m. I’ll have to change him for a few minutes,” he added.
In November, the outspoken Mourinho was banned for the game and fined following his diatribe about Turkish football.
He led the Fennerverse to the European Legion of 16 Contest, where he faced the Scotland Club Rangers in March.
There were no immediate comments from Fenerbafe, the second in the six-point super rig behind Galatasaray.
