Just three months after securing $700 million from backers like Nvidia and Accel, Nebius is deepening its relationship with Chip Giants and supporting early-stage startups building AI-first products and services.

Nebius AI Cloud is currently working closely with Nvidia’s Inception program, a global initiative that includes over 22,000 AI startups. Focus: Help founders move faster and reduce the sudden costs that often come with training and scaling AI models.

At the heart of this collaboration is Nebius’s “AI Lift” programme, announced at NVIDIA’s GTC 2025 event. Startups with the Inception program can now earn up to $150,000 on Nebius Cloud Credits, and $10,000 on inference-related workloads. There is also early access to Nvidia’s new Blackwell platform running on the Nebius infrastructure.

Monary, director of Nebius’ startup ecosystem, said the goal is simple.

“By working with the launch of Nvidia, Nebius can provide AI startups with the tools, expertise and resources they need to scale innovation faster and more effectively than ever before.”

Li said, “Our aim is to drive the next wave of AI breakthroughs by suppressing technical barriers and promoting collaboration. Access to cutting edge AI infrastructure accelerated by NVIDIA, as well as expert guidance and financial support – freeing startups to transport their industries.”

Nvidia Blackwell

This offer is packed with perks for eligible startups.

Cloud Credit: Up to $150,000 for development and scaling

Inference Credit: $10,000 focused on inference workloads

Discounted Long-Term Plans: Low prices for people who bet big on AI

Hardware Access: Prioritized Access to Blackwell GPUs

Marketing Support: Exposure Opportunities across Nebius Channel

Accepted by AI lift programs, startups will receive one-to-one technical guidance and practical help to make the most of Nebius’ infrastructure. Nebius says its platform supports full-stack AI workloads and helps businesses access real-time insights to steer their product and business decisions.

Founders interested in this program can be applied through Nvidia’s Inception platform. This program is free to join and open to startups at all stages.

As Nevius places serious money and infrastructure behind the startup push and Nvidia continues to build an ecosystem of early stage AI players, the collaboration aims to remove some of the biggest bottlenecks that slow innovation.

Founded by Arkady Volozh, former CEO of Yandex, Nebius is pushing for plans to expand its AI capabilities. Volozh highlighted the latest funding will accelerate the development of GPU clusters, cloud platforms and other tools for AI developers.
