On Thursday, Reddit announced a company’s enhanced profile using Reddit Pro, the company’s suite of tools designed to help brands discover, participate and contribute to conversations with the social network community. Reddit generates and proposes a profile BIOS for your company when you sign up for Reddit Pro. Once a company offers a website, you can choose from one of several suggested explanations. Companies can also showcase comments about community posts and profiles, as well as cross-post conversations about them and the industry that appear on the Reddit Pro Trends tab. The Trends tab, launched earlier this year, can reveal…

This is according to a new study from Giskard, a Paris-based AI testing company that develops an overall benchmark for AI models. In a blog post detailing their findings, Giskard researchers state that shorter answers to questions, particularly questions about ambiguous topics, can have a negative impact on the facts of the AI model. “Our data shows that simple changes in system instructions dramatically affect the hallucination trends of models,” the researchers write. “This discovery has important deployment implications as many…

Milena Roveda, chairman of the European Fusion Association, discusses the important actions needed to make fusion commercialisation a European reality. Around the world, efforts to achieve fusion commercialization are continuing to gain momentum. 61% of security leaders reported suffering from violations due to failure or misunderstanding of control over the past 12 months. This is despite having an average of 43 cybersecurity tools in place. This massive security obstacle is clearly not a security investment issue. It’s a configuration issue. Organizations are beginning to realize that security controls installed or deployed are not necessarily security controls configured to protect against real threats. Recent Gartner® reports reduce threat exposure with optimized security controls and address gaps between intent and outcomes. We feel it’s arguing a difficult truth. Without continuous verification and tuning, security tools…

Increased resistance is predicted to result in an estimated 10 million deaths worldwide each…
Hims & Hers, the Telehealth and Wellness Company, has hired a veteran from the autonomous automotive industry as its next Chief Technology Officer. According to Andrew Dudum, co-founder and CEO of Hims & Hers, the move was intentional. Hims & Hers said on Thursday that the next CTO will become Mo Elshenawy, former president and CTO of Cruise, a self-driving car company.
