Circular Blockchain provides the infrastructure for building the first digital network for on-chain verification and authentication of medical records and transactions
BOSTON, MA – March 20, 2025 – Circular Protocol today announced a new commercial initiative to enhance digital transparency and protection for the global healthcare industry at its two leaders in the security and software sector, Arculus and IT Labs.
As healthcare becomes more and more digital and interconnected, validation and authentication of patient records and healthcare data is essential to ensuring data accuracy, protecting patient privacy, and preventing fraud.
Today’s announcement provides an advanced solution that integrates into clinical networks and acts as a secure passkey for recording, managing and protecting critical healthcare data within your facility using MedTech devices.
Circular Blockchain is building the first digital network for on-chain verification and certification of medical records and transactions. When Arculus authentication is integrated into the company’s MedTech device according to Composecure, healthcare providers will create physical hospital and medical center cards (which hold private keys) that allow certified administrators, operators and patients to digitally sign off procedures, exams and other transactions directly to CARTICH THIPTING COMPITING. This card can be used in clinical networks as the key to recording, owning and protecting all data about facility programs and activities using MedTech devices.
Dr. Gianluca de Novi, founder and CEO of Circular Protocol, said:
“We’re committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Dr. Adam Lowe, Chief Product Officer at ComposeCure. “This is an exciting future where patients have real ownership and seamless, secure access to medical information.”
Circular is also partnering with IT Lab, an Italian software powerhouse specializing in the healthcare sector. More than 8,000 Italian pharmacies record on-chain exams that are permitted to run on-premises, making them safe and transparent providers of medical procedures. Recording is done via the “Smart Share” White Label platform. This is already available at all pharmacies running a proof of concept (POC) for the first few months, and you don’t need to own a cryptocurrency or wallet. The development is expected in the second quarter of 2025. This launch is designed to be the first truly decentralized, safe and transparent healthcare system of its kind. The cost is the same as standard clinical trials, but it is worth proximity and has the advantage of all blockchain generation.
“We are evolving healthcare towards a future where each touchpoint is monitored, testing and treatment burdens are redistributed, where it makes the most sense in terms of cost, proximity and capabilities, and strengthening the power of medicines and hospitals,” he says, strengthening hospitals with full transparency and security with operator and patient security. For the first time, patient data authentication has become a key key to great value for healthcare and the health network as a whole, and Circular is leading the transformation. ”
The ecosystem is scheduled to be launched in the US market in the second quarter of 2025, providing seamless blockchain integration for healthcare providers. For more information, please visit https://www.circularprotocol.org
