Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu says he has no “trust” in the Director of the Domestic Security.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will bring the government to vote to reject Singh Bett’s Director of the Domestic Security.

In a statement from Netanyahu’s office on Sunday, the prime minister said he had “continuous distrust” in Rohnen Barr, saying that confidence in the head of domestic security services is important at the time of the war.

According to Israeli media, the vote to reject the Chief of Singh Bet is expected to take place at a special cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

However, in a statement, Barr said that when he took “institutional responsibility” for failing to prevent the attack on October 7, 2023, Hamas caused the war in Gaza, “It is clear that the intentions behind my dismissal have nothing to do with it.”

“The Prime Minister’s expectations of personal loyalty that contradicts the Prime Minister’s public interest are completely inappropriate expectations,” Burr said.

Israeli Democratic leader Yair Golan also denounced the move to dismiss Barr, writing to X that “Netanyahu has declared war with the state of Israel.”

“The firing of Chief Singh Bett is a desperate attempt by the criminal defendant, who is loyal to Israel, is investigating Netanyahu and his close circle for serious, dark crimes and is willing to whitewash them,” Golan said.

“The firing of the Chief of Sinbet does not pass as if nothing happened. There is an incredible resistance, and we will not allow Netanyahu to turn Israel’s state into a corrupt dictatorship,” he added.

The decision to dismiss the bar comes after an angry conflict between the two on October 7th, focusing on who will be responsible.

Singh Bett, who is responsible for overseeing Palestinian armed groups, has issued a report accepting responsibility for Israel’s most fatal breakdown, according to Israeli groups.

However, the organization also criticized Netanyahu for failing government policies that helped create moments that led to attack.

Still, the Prime Minister also resisted the official state commission’s request for an investigation into the events of October 7th.

Furthermore, the decision to dismiss the Barr would include former Defense Minister Joav Gallant and Army Secretary Herzi Halevi, following the senior Israeli officials in charge during the Hamas attacks.

Tensions surged this weekend when Bar’s predecessor, Nadab Algaman, said he would release confidential information about Netanyahu if it turns out that the Prime Minister has broken the law.

Netanyahu denounced Algaman in a terrifying mail and filed a police complaint.
