Microsoft’s biggest event, Microsoft Build, is on the horizon. It is scheduled to start at the Seattle Convention Center on May 19th and runs until May 22nd.

The keynote speech featuring Microsoft CEOs Satya Nadella and CTO Kevin Scott will be held on May 19th at 9:05am. It will then be followed by deep diving with executives Charles Ramanna (Business and Industry Deputy Operating CVP) and Scott Guthrie (Cloud and AI EVP) on May 20th.

Both presentations are streamed live online for free.

Regarding what we look forward to builds, especially keynotes, Microsoft will definitely talk about the Copilot family of AI-powered products. The company aims to actively integrate AI into software and services, making it a major revenue driver.

Microsoft recently bundled Copilot with Microsoft 365 personal and family planning, increasing the price by 30%.

Over the past few weeks, Microsoft has added a “deep research” tool to Copilot, allowing Copilot to browse the web and perform actions on your behalf. It also reportedly strengthened internal R&D efforts to compete with its increasingly diluted partner, Openai, by developing a powerful AI model for powercopilots. Currently, Copilot relies on the Openai model.
