What made you say yes to speaking at the Creative Leader Summit?
I was inspired to say yes to speak at the Creative Leader Summit, as it is an opportunity to connect with other creative leaders who are pushing the boundaries of creativity and leadership. It’s an opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences and learn from others.
Why do you think it’s important for creative leaders in our industry to come together now?
There are plenty of industry events aimed at event managers, agency leaders, or businesses, perhaps specifically aimed at creative leaders. This was a great opportunity to attend this new event.
Clients often feel that they can underestimate the role of creatives. Whether it depends on budget pressure, timeline, or perception of value, creativity drives the experiences that clients actually look for more time. It is a great opportunity for creative leaders to share and learn from each other.
Take a peek at what your session has to offer.
For me, the sessions I attend are about communication and relationship building. Be sure to join the session to get a glimpse of the panel’s own experience!
What are the important ideas and takeaways that people hope to leave your session?
Dare to challenge, but it allows you to be challenged and supported to build your relationships and communicate well!
Who are your sessions targeting and why should they come together?
The department is not important to anyone who is working on working with the production team or perhaps the team. This is about communication that builds relationships and communicates well.
In your view, what are the biggest challenges faced by creative leaders today?
Client expectations within budget and time frame requirements!
How do you maintain your creative edge in a fast-paced industry like ours?
Constantly curious! Go outside, see what’s going on elsewhere, network, share, learn and embrace ideas!
What advice would you give to the next generation of creative leaders?
Curious sweat is poured in and don’t be afraid to give it a try!
