The first StrictlyVC of the year is coming to San Francisco in a flash. There are still a few tickets left to join us and our stacked speaker lineup on April 30th at the Centro Philippine Cultural Center. In addition to interacting with the community that StrictlyVC is known for, this event in the heart of SF will be of particular interest to AI innovators and founders looking for the latest fundraising insights.

who will be on stage

Tickets are available now, but for those who haven’t attended a StrictlyVC event in the past and have already clicked the link, let’s take a closer look at what’s particularly exciting about this event.

TDK Ventures President Nicolas Sauvage kicks things off after grabbing some much-needed refreshments and networking while making his case for corporate VC in conversation with TechCrunch Editor-in-Chief Connie Loizos. Sauvage, who leads TDK Ventures’ $500 million investment in early-stage startups, explains why corporate VCs operate differently and what founders need to know about what caught his eye in investing.

And founders who are on the fence should take note. During his tenure, Mr. Sauvage has led TDK to support 52 startups and three unicorns (Groq, Ascend Elements, and Silicon Box). TDK will also be hosting and sponsoring this StrictlyVC event, so attendees will have ample opportunity to learn from and potentially get face time with the team.

We then move on to a conversation with Campbell Brown, former CNN host and head of news at Meta. She pivoted to the startup scene with the aim of making AI platforms more trustworthy as more people turn to them for advice and information. She is currently the co-founder and CEO of Forum AI and is in the midst of discussions about how LLMs vet, verify, and maintain the veracity of the information they provide.

And those who are also participating in the AI revolution will be excited to hear that Amjad Maead, co-founder and CEO of Replit, will also take to the stage to share his first-hand experience helping lead a revolution in the way software is built. The rise of vibecoding has changed the way many people work, especially in the Bay Area, and it has also brought in strong competitors like Anthropic and OpenAI. Anyone who wants to take a peek into the future of programming should join us and keep listening to Massad’s talk.

As if this wasn’t enough, we still have one more speaker to announce. So you gain even more insight and expertise leading to the final round of networking and connection building that defines StrictlyVC’s real proof point. The brightest minds and most connected members of the startup community attend these events. You can participate by registering, so get your tickets now.
