Kerry Washington and other celeb style at the 2026 Gotham TV Awards

On Monday night, a gaggle of nominees and guests descended on New York City for the annual Gotham TV Awards. Kerry Washington and Chase Infinity led an army of high-fashion designers on the red carpet, carrying pieces from Louis Vuitton and Oscar de la Renta.

Couturiers and labels such as Rami Al Ali and House of Jill were represented by Kate Mara and Linda Cardellini on Monday night. WWD examines these views and beyond.

On Monday night’s red carpet, Washington shined in Oscar de la Renta gold. The “Imperfect Women” star wore a floor-length halter neck gown from the label’s Pre-Spring 2026 collection. It was designed with a body-hugging gold fabric that shimmered under the camera’s flashlight. Washington’s look was curated by styling duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Hoehn.

Mara chose a minidress look from House of Jill. The dress included ornate lace detailing throughout with a sculptural skirt and high neckline bodice. Styled by Johnny Wujek, Mara completed her ensemble with gold Jimmy Choo sandal heels.

Lili Reinhart has a custom Valentino dress. The “Riverdale” alum’s shimmering floor-length gown included color blocking, contrasting the black material at the back with the sparkling front of the dress, which featured a layered scoop neckline and a dark-hued sunburst motif on the bodice. Reinhart completed her look with Valentino heels. The actress was styled by Yves Abdel Nasser.

Styled by Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald, Infinity wore a custom Louis Vuitton dress on Monday night’s red carpet. The “One Battle After Another” star, who is also an ambassador for the French luxury fashion house, appeared on the red carpet wearing a scoop-neck pink dress in flowing fabric with a short train. A voluminous shawl made of pink frayed fabric added extra dimension to her outfit. Infinity accessorized her look with jewelery from Mejri.

Linda Cardellini

Cardellini wore a deep red midi dress by Rami Al Ali. The actress’ look was taken from the Fall 2026 collection and featured a structured bustier sleeveless bodice with a column skirt. The “Dead to Me” alum added Aquazzura platform sandals to complete her look.

Grace Gummer

Grace Gummer wore a dress from Issey Miyake’s Spring 2026 collection on Monday night. The dress featured many thorny, feather-like appliqués running from the sleeveless bodice to the skirt. Gunmar’s look was curated by Nicky Campbell.

The annual Gotham TV Awards was held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City and recognized the best TV series and performances of 2025. Winners include the comedy series “I Love LA,” the drama series “Pluribus” and the limited series “DTF St. Louis.” Infinity won the award for Outstanding Leading Actor in a Drama Series for “Testament.”
