Anna Faris shows off her custom monot at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Scary Movie’

Anna Faris was custom styled in Mono for the premiere of Scary Movie in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The actress wore a Liquid Illusion black dress with a halter neckline and a prominent cutout at the waist. The floor-length dress created an hourglass silhouette with a fitted bodice and hips. The dress also included an A-line skirt with a scooped back.

Faris completed her red carpet outfit by adding Larude heels to her look and accessorizing with delicate dangling black earrings. While posing for photos, Faris was joined by Jack, her 13-year-old son with ex-husband Chris Pratt.

The final touch to Faris’ look was styling her hair and makeup. The actress’ hair was tied back, courtesy of hairstylist Lena Calhoun, and icy blonde strands were pulled back to frame her face. Makeup by artist Alan Avendagno included bold brows, goth-inspired eye makeup, and a glossy neutral lip.

Faris’ “Scary Movie” premiere look was curated by stylist Alexandra Mandelkorn, who has also worked with country singer Laney Wilson and “Hidden Figures” actress and artist Janelle Monáe.

Designer Eli Mizrahi launched Mono in 2019. “The line is intended to cater to a niche in the affordable, glamorous occasion wear market for the ‘elegant bad girl’ who never wears the same dress twice but doesn’t want to pay Balmain prices. The budding designer was giving a preview of her ‘Collection Zero’ over coffee at Crillon,” reported WWD in September 2019.

This contemporary luxury womenswear brand includes structured pieces with plenty of statement cutouts in Mizrahi’s sensual designs. The collection ranges from red carpet dresses to ready-to-wear essentials and more.

2026’s “Scary Movie” is a sequel to the popular early 2000s series and a parody of some of the most important horror films of the past few years. The film, which co-stars Regina Hall and Marlon Wayans, opens Friday.
