Michelle Pfeiffer combined subdued elegance with suit styling at the IndieWire TV Honors in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

The Oscar-nominated actress wore a long-sleeved black double-breasted blazer with supple lapels and a streamlined midi skirt. The blazer includes hip pockets for an added tailored element and is crafted with a slightly cinched fit at the waist.
The midi skirt further complemented the monochrome black outfit and evoked the calm elegance of her look. Pfeiffer continued the tonal motif of her look with platform black peep-toe pumps with ankle straps.

Pfeiffer used few accessories except for dangling earrings, giving her a minimalist-inspired look. ‘The Madison’ actress’ glamor featured blonde hair styled in a side part and rolled in loose curls that flowed past her shoulders.
Makeup highlights included bold brows, lined eyes, and glossy lips. Throughout The Madison promotional tour and FYC events, Pfeiffer has worked with stylist Samantha McMillen, who also works with Pfeiffer’s Margo’s Got Money Trouble co-star Elle Fanning.

Prior to Thursday night’s IndieWire TV Honors event, Pfeiffer attended the Gotham TV Awards in New York City on Monday night, where he accepted the Legend Tribute. Pfeiffer wore a sleeveless shift dress for the occasion, courtesy of Chanel.
McMillen has also styled Pfeiffer in works by Rodarte and Oscar de la Renta over the past few months as Pfeiffer promotes his own television projects.

The IndieWire TV Honors, held Thursday night at Nya Studio West in Los Angeles, celebrated the talents of Nicolas Cage, Charles Melton, Pfeiffer and more. Mr. Pfeiffer received the Vanguard Award at the gala.
