The 23-time Grand Slam champion, who is playing doubles with Canadian tennis player and world No. 9 Victoria Mboko, wore a soft pink Nike tennis kit with a pleated skirt and a coordinating jacket by the American athletic shoe and apparel brand.
The zip-up jacket had a high collar and long sleeves, later revealing a fitted white sleeveless shirt underneath. The esteemed athlete also wore a black and white Nike wristband, and his tennis shoes complemented the color scheme of his on-court kit with an overall pink, white and black tone.

The doubles match against Mboko at the HSBC Championship in London on Tuesday will be Williams’ first professional tennis match in almost four years. Williams last competed in the sport at the 2022 U.S. Open in New York City.
Throughout her decades-long career, Williams’ on-court style pushed boundaries. The four-time Olympic gold medalist favors custom Nike kits at Grand Slam tournaments and has even collaborated with notable designers on kits throughout her career.

For her final on-court look before her return, Williams collaborated with Nike lead apparel designer Carly Ellis on a shimmering tennis kit featuring sheer mesh fabric, a tulle skirt and crystal embellishments throughout.
Williams also collaborated with the late Virgil Abloh, who curated Williams’ Nike x Off-White tennis wear for the 2018 U.S. Open.
