Save $150: As of June 23, the 88-ounce Ninja Slushi Frozen Drink Maker is on sale for Prime Day on Amazon for $199.99. This is 43% off the regular price of $349.99 and the lowest sale price to date.

Even if you don’t follow kitchen appliance releases as avidly as a shopping reporter, you’ve probably heard of Ninja Slushi. This viral frozen drink maker has gained popularity for its ability to chill liquids within an hour without adding ice or pre-freezing the concoction. Even if Slushi never left your wishlist because of its price, the Prime Day price might change your mind. Ninja Slushi is on sale for under $200.
This $199.99 feels like a much more pleasant splurge than the regular $349.99. In fact, it’s the cheapest of the original Slushis (according to Amazon’s price tracking site camelcamelcamel). A $150 discount isn’t too far off from a full 50% markdown, making Slushi one of our favorite Prime Day kitchen deals so far.

Am I biased towards this deal because I also have a Ninja Slushi and want everyone to experience this level of on-demand warm weather serotonin? of course. But I really think most people would get a lot of use out of Slushi.

I can’t tell you how much I look forward to making a little frosé on a normal evening after work (and it’s cheaper and less sweaty than flocking to a rooftop bar for happy hour). I also used Slushi’s milkshake setting to put a fun twist on my chocolate or blueberry protein shakes. I convinced my friend’s parents to buy sulsi. Their grandchildren are into it.
If you’ve been waiting for the new double-sided Ninja Slushi Twist to be released on Prime Day this year, unfortunately it’s not out yet. But for hosting purposes, regular Slushi is sufficient for a few people. Ninja says the 88-ounce capacity makes “more than seven servings,” but it always feels like it’s way more than that.

Additionally, Slushi Twist is not as compact as the original Slushi. While it’s fun to make two flavors at once, the $399.99 Ninja Slushi Twist is probably not necessary unless you regularly make drinks for large groups. There is no limit to counter space.
