The Grammy Award-winning “Anxiety” artist wore selections from the brand’s Spring 2006 ready-to-wear collection. The deep brown dress had a halter neckline and a knot in the back, with an almost plunging back element and side cutouts, giving the illusion of ornate crochet craftsmanship.
With the illusion of crocheted material, the dress showcased its ornate structure, with a central floral motif, transitioning from a fitted bust and dropped waist to a wide skirt with a train that followed Doech on the arrival carpet.

The entire look combines sensuality, craft, and 2000s trends. Styled by Sam Wolfe, Doechii has become a red carpet staple over the past few years. She wears pieces that continue to evoke her unique approach to fashion, including designs by Roberto Cavalli, Cult Gaia, and her 2026 Met Gala look designed by Marc Jacobs.
At the recent Met Gala, Doechii made a statement regarding shoes, or lack thereof. The Denial Is A River artist opted to go barefoot at the event, adorning her ankles with gold bangles and showing off the intricate henna work on her skin.

At that moment, a little movement was born. Shortly before the 2026 Met Gala, some models went barefoot on the runway, including Chanel’s Cruise 2027 collection on Matthew Blasey’s catwalk.
Instead of heels, the models wore shoes that WWD’s Joel Diederich described as “little more than heel caps.” At Sunday night’s BET Awards, Doechii was indeed wearing strappy heels.
