Blenheim Palace and Pye Homes announced they have reached 95% of their 10-year target of training more than 100 new apprentices by the end of 2027.

Throughout the various businesses of Palaces, Real Estate and Property – Blenheim has already completed 63 apprentices since 2017, and currently has 32 apprentices, with a range of departments including architecture, architecture, finance, construction and more. I work in the field.

The Blenheim apprentice plays an integral role in a wide range of large-scale projects, including the £12 million roof restoration that began last month.

This year, Blenheim Estate Homes and Pye Homes welcomed new apprentices to the team and learned a variety of transactions, from brick construction to carpentry and plumbing.

The current apprentices are:

Aimee Akinola: (Level 4 Project Manager)

Rob Fairfield (Level 5 Operations/Department Manager)

Megan Johnston (Level 7 ACCA Finance)

Tiff Hickman (Level 5 CIPD Learning and Development)

Ruby Garrett (Level 2 Retail Manager)

Young people will follow the 24-month Blenheim Estate apprentice program. We hope this will not only equip you with valuable skills, but will lead to full-time employment at Oxfordshire House Builders.

Dominic Hare, CEO of Blenheim Palace (photo) said: It’s great to see them working across the business on some of the most exciting projects we’ve ever been involved in. ”

Megan Carter, People’s Director of Brenheim Palace, said: It’s a joy to help people grow and learn. They are all great ambassadors for Blenheim and Pai. ”
