The craze for Heat Rivalry may be over (at least until Season 2), and so may the debate over why women love it so much. But for Pride Month, Pornhub might be bringing it back a little bit.
It’s no secret that some women think sex scenes between two men are hot, and Pornhub shares in its Pride Insights 2026 blog that women currently make up nearly half (49.7%) of the site’s gay porn viewers, compared to 50.3% of men.
I’m tired of bi women being the punching bags of internet pride.
The proportion of gay porn viewers who are female has increased in recent years, from 43 percent in 2024 and 47 percent in 2025 to nearly 50 percent today. Is it because of the “hut”? Maybe; Pornhub offered no explanation.

In 2024, Pornhub revealed that women accounted for 38 percent of its global audience, proving that men aren’t the only ones who watch porn.

Currently, Pornhub breaks down gay porn viewership by age group, and while people over 65 only make up 9 percent of viewers, they are 26.3 percent more likely to participate in gay porn than other age groups.
Meanwhile, the majority of gay porn viewers are between the ages of 18 and 24, at 31%. Young people are also the biggest fans of cartoon gay porn, 267% more popular than other age groups.
Meanwhile, vintage porn and twink porn are 29% and 24% more popular among those 65 and older, respectively.
Twink is widely popular on Pornhub and is the second most searched gay term during Pride Month. first? “Femboy” was also one of the most searched terms on Pornhub’s straight site in 2025.
Lesbian content is also quite popular on the tube site, which last month launched a site dedicated to WLW called Pornhub Sapphic.
