The full-service event group, ASEMBL.GROUP, has appointed Mike Linford as new partnership manager, strengthening the group’s national expansion strategy.
Linford has joined a strong skill set in both agency and brand roles, posting positions in Make Events, The Fresh Group and more recently as Event and Activation Manager at MyProtein.
His new role at aesmbl.group will focus on building strategic partnerships, nurturing client relationships, and promoting regional growth as the group continues to diversify its UK footprint.
This appointment is also a meaningful personal milestone for ASEMBL.GROUP CEO Gavin Farley. Gavin Farley coached Linford through the Elevate Mentoring scheme during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Farley said: “This has really become a full cell, and we have the privilege of coaching microphones when the industry is facing major challenges and ever since, we have formed great friendships.
He added:
Linford said: “It was a joy to be promoted five years ago and connect with Gavin first, maintain that relationship and grow into the power that we are today. It’s a great opportunity to join the team now and help us lead the next stage of growth, especially in the region I’m passionate about.”
This appointment is the latest in a series of strategic adoptions that strengthen ASEMBL.GROUP’s commitment to national expansion, uniform service delivery and meaningful partnerships, derived from the energy, agility and ambition that defines the brand.
