Beam supports the Business Travel Association (BTA) and offers daily events specialising in accommodation, meetings, event meetings, TMC (travel management company) equipment, and meetings and event experts with actionable tools and insights.

The conference, held at the Melia White House London on June 3rd, will feature an expert-led panel on resilience, guest experiences and technology innovation, along with hands-on workshops addressing ESG strategies and RFP transformations.

Designed to promote peer learning, the event also offers opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing.

Louisa Watson of Beam Chair said: “In an age of change, such partnerships are invaluable. By recognizing synergies and coordinating Beam to support meetings, BTA can provide its members with a comprehensive programme that supports experts in all areas of business travel, accommodation and meeting landscape.”

Andrew Clarke, commercial director at BTA, added: “This collaboration combines complementary strengths and shared commitments to drive the industry forward, sending the industry a message that BTA will appreciate the contributions of the accommodation and conferencing industry to the business ecosystem.”

The meeting is open to members of both associations.
