So I’m sure Beam will continue to thrive for our industry and for our members.”

Incoming Chairman Louisa Watson said: In 2024, we demonstrated the true power of collaboration and advocacy. In 2025, this will remain my key focus. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and by sharing important learning, advocating for best practices, and building stronger connections, we need to shape the future of our industry.
