With a background in digital transformation, marketing and team leadership, Barlow brings a proven track record of aligning business strategies with innovation and efficiency, enhancing client delivery and preparing the business for future growth.
Appointed Head of Sales and Account Management, Craig Jackson focuses on building trustworthy long-term partnerships through active account leadership and client-first approach. Jackson has over a decade of experience in sales and relationship management across sectors such as education, FMCG and events, bringing strategic thinking to energy, commercial insights and its role.
Already a valuable member of Bien Venue’s senior team, Mark Dixon has moved into a newly defined role as head of supply and product, focusing on strengthening agency supply chains and commercial opportunities, as well as developing product innovations that enhance the overall client experience.
A key part of this mission will include identifying and implementing digital tools to support Bien Venue’s services delivery and long-term transformation.
