Bright, a full-service global conference and event company, has achieved ISO 20121 certification for sustainable conferences and events.
ISO 20121 is an international standard for sustainable event management that ensures that organizations minimize environmental, social and economic impacts while planning and delivering events.
The brighter event manager is working to reduce the environmental impact of events while improving sustainability reports to support client goals.
The entire event team completed “Sustainable Event Training” to enhance regulatory compliance and risk management.
Staff, contractors and suppliers are currently updating roles and responsibilities that match the standards, and marketing materials feature green symbols and compliance logos.
Paul Casement, executive director of Bright’s groups, meetings and events, said: The bidding process also increasingly desires evidence of sustainability practices. ”
He added: “This sustainability certification allows older clients who want to work with responsible suppliers to ensure they have the right skills and experience to deliver the events Bright wants.”
“We are pleased to announce that we are committed to providing a range of services and security services,” said Julie Evans, Clarity Standards and Assurance Manager, parent company. “Work towards this standard has influenced Bright’s thinking to maximize performance and energy efficiency and provide even more memorable events to minimize impact on the environment and the community. Ta.”
Bright incorporates ISO 20121 into Clarity’s existing integrated management system and already includes several other ISO standards.
