The Crieff Hydro family hotel has completed a £5 million dining renovation project at the Crieff Hydro Hotel.
As one of the biggest single investments made by Scotland’s oldest registered trading company to date, it appeared in a new era of the company, with the sixth generation Lecky family piloting the project.
A complete redesign of the previous restaurant on the first floor of the hotel offers a contemporary, free flowing space with modular options for corporate gatherings, celebrations, receptions and networking events.
The hotel’s signature restaurant, East, serves Asian-inspired shared dishes, while the Ballroom Bar offers a contemporary setting for drink receptions.

The Loggia serves brunch and afternoon tea. Hermitage is a hidden speak-easy style bar. Brasserie serves French bistro dishes and Winter Garden is an ideal location for networking and breakout meetings.
“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the hotel’s CRIEFF Hydro family,” said Stephen Leckie, CEO of the hotel. “This is our single biggest project in decades and opens up another important chapter in Crieff Hydro’s 157-year history.
“We’ve been working hard to get the most out of our business,” said Charlie Lecky, Associate Director of the Crieff Hydro Family Hotel Family. “Food and drinks are at the heart of any event, so we are very excited to showcase the future of event planners and meetings. Here the menu focuses on Scottish origins and we are proud to work with local suppliers.
