Jenny Elmoso says in a former Spanish soccer Chief Ruis Rubiares trial, the kiss has “dyed” the 2023 World Cup victory.

Spanish Star, Jenny Elmos, told Luis Rubiares, the chief of a disgraced former football chief, saying, “It doesn’t happen in society and work settings.”

The prosecutor has kissed Harmoso following the finals of the 2023 Women’s World Cup, and then sought two and a half years in prison in prison for two and a half years for Rubiless for sexual assault and forced.

47 -year -old Rubiares denies the fee. He called the kiss as “Peck between celebrating friends” and denied the forced.

“I felt it was completely out of place, and I noticed that my boss was kissing me. This is not likely to happen in society or work environment,” Elmos was on the first day of the trial on Monday. I told the court.

“Kissing on my lips is given only when I decide,” she added.

The scandal, which shakes Spanish soccer and destroys Rubiares’s career, came to an instant after Elmoso and her teammates gained glory of the World Cup and broke England in the Sydney final.

Elmoso gathered the winner’s medal and joined the teammates, and Rubiares squeezed his head and kissed his lips, and then hit his back on his back.

The law has released the protests of the masses in what critics considered power abuse, making Helmoso an icon of macho culture and gender discrimination in sports.

The recent reforms of Spanish criminal law classify non -consent kisses as sexual assaults.

“As a woman, I felt neglected. It was the moment I dyed one of my happiest days in my life,” said Elmos.

“It’s very important for me to say that I didn’t seek that act, not to mention it.”

A trial in San Fernandand Dehenares, a national court near Madrid, will be held until February 19.
