Creative Events Agency EMC3 has appointed Lee-Anne Caldwell as new managing director.
This appointment marks a new chapter in business as it expands its global footprint and continues to push the boundaries of a sustainable event experience.
Caldwell joined EMC3 six months ago as head of the client experience. This is part of a planned transition that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the agency culture before stepping into the role of managing director.
Alistair Graham, CEO of EMC3, said:
He added: “She has already made a huge impact, has built strong relationships with her team and clients, and has made clear plans for her global growth. Her leadership is crucial as she continues to expand with purpose.”
Caldwell brings over 20 years of experience in the events industry. This includes nearly 10 years of experience with Ashfield Event Experience, the current Emota.
With a strong background for Pharma, Caldwell sees great potential in working with EMC3’s diverse and growing high-tech portfolio and more.
Her first six months focused on building trust, listening and identifying opportunities to boost your business. She currently leads the agency through the building stage, developing robust structures for sustainable growth and setting up a team for long-term success.
Caldwell said: “What really stood out for me about EMC3 is that values aren’t just words. The commitment to sustainability is deep, and Company B’s certification is just an example. Not only is I interested in delivering incredible events, it’s rare and rare, and that’s what I want to grow.”
