Posting on LinkedIn, the company expressed its joy in this recognition. “This perception means the world to us, not just because it’s a different award (though we’ve had quite a bit of a winning streak!), but because it reflects the culture we worked so hard to build together.”

The agency added: “Smooth people are the way people think. It’s not just what we say, it’s what we live and breathe every day.

Clownfish Event

Clownfish’s event was also one of the best places to get a job, and was also awarded the UK’s Best Hospitality Company (Small) Industry Spotlight Award.

The Times said: “At Clownfish Event, an event management company in Chessington, Surrey, the 23-year-old team is built around a culture where ambitions coexist with kindness. Founder Matt Turner said: “I have the power to change my life when I have most of these days… when my work is done beautifully.

He added: “The challenge for employers is huge… Sometimes it’s impossible. This perception reflects the efforts our small businesses are doing.”

Full service agency, principal. Global Events has also been appointed as one of the best small places to work.

The Times said: “In this London event company, women make up 80% of the 35 strong workplace. Flexible work is available, and success and achievements are celebrated with internal awards.

Our approach has always been to bring together outstanding talent, provide support and space for growth, and build a culture that people feel engaging to do their best.”

Creative Experience Agency, Collaborate Global, has been named one of the best places in the workplace.
