Pop culture marketing agency Experience12 has announced the promotion of George Bateman to Managing Director, but former MD and company founder Chris Whittle will move into the role of founder CEO.
Bateman joined Experience12 in 2017 as an account manager, and is a driving force behind the growth and continued success of the agency.
He made steady progress in the company and played an important role in shaping the institutional trajectory as a member of the steering committee.
This senior appointment followed the expansion of the client service team in late 2024, and appointed Knickswift as Client Services Director.
This is the first time that the role of MD has been held by someone other than the founder of the company, marking a new era of the agency’s leadership team.
Experience12 CEO Chris Whittle said: “George and I work together, working together, sitting at the desk next to us for a long time, sharing our agency’s vision.”
He continued.
