ExperienceIt, an Immersive Event Showcase, marked its kind of debut on July 22nd and 23rd, 2025, with the second day being held at Diecast, heading for Manchester for the first time.

Offered in partnership with the Manchester Convention Bureau, part of Manchester’s marketing, the event rethinks how event, creative and communications experts can connect, collaborate and innovate the transformational format of Experience.

Traditional event and trade show formats will be replaced with experience displays, interactive live experiences, wellness checks and TED style talks.

“We’ve been working hard to get the better of our customers,” said Judith Wilson, event director at Eventit. “Whether you’re a brand, agency, or venue, Manchester offers the tools to challenge assumptions, inspire creativity and design better, more inclusive events.”

The spotlight lies in Gen Z’s approach to events, exploring what attracts younger audiences and how Gen Z brings his stamp to the industry.

The pioneering workshops will be driven by next generation voices rethinking the future of events that provide valuable takeaways to brands and agencies eager to take root in their approach to creative marketing and communications.

“We’ve been working hard to get the most out of our business,” said Victoria Braddock, Managing Director, Marketing Manchester. “The two-day event offers a great opportunity to place Greater Manchester as a major conference and event destination for buyers to attract audiences, highlighting the local event, including sessions from the team, and presents the opportunity to see some of the atmosphere offered at the fantastic venue.”
