The anti-Muslim campaigner, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley Lennon, came out from HMP Wood Hill in Buckinghamshire on Tuesday after the High Court cut its 18-month sentence in 18 months.
The 42-year-old was jailed in October 2024 in court denial after admitting to violating the injunction by repeatedly lying about a Syrian male student.
Robinson was imposed after losing the famous honour-loss case brought on by Jamal Hijaji, a Syrian refugee attacked at his school in Huddersfield in 2018.
The video of the attack went viral, and Robinson later posted a series of honor-loss statements online. He was later ordered to pay £100,000 ($124,000) in damages and legal costs.
Following his release, he spoke to his followers for 20 minutes via his X account, sports a terrible whisker, long hair, and a rosary.
He thanked X owner Elon Musk and denounced the UK government for a video posted on his social media titled “Tommy Freed From Prish.”
Robinson was originally scheduled for release in late July, but was filed with the High Court to cleanse his light empty order.
The court heard he had committed 10 violations of the injunction. These included promotions for a film entitled Silenced. This was characterized by boring claims, and the same film was screened at a rallies in central London last year.
In his decision last week, Judge Johnson admitted that Robinson admitted his lack of regret at the time of his sentence, but has since focused on “changes in attitudes.” “He gave him the assurance that he would comply with the injunction in the future. The civil lawsuit comes from the Attorney General, who alleged that Robinson deliberately ignored the injunction by approving and distributing the film and repeated the claims in multiple 2023 interviews.
Despite the sentence cuts, Judge Johnson warned that future violations could lead to up to two years in prison.
Robinson remains the British polarised figure known for his anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim rhetoric, repeating the legal conflicts that led to his political activities.
He is accused of helping to inspire the country’s worst riots in several years in 2024.
He also discovered support from the American billionaire Mask, who campaigned earlier this year to release far-right activists from prison.
