This year’s Progressive 15 graduation and inauguration celebration took place on May 9th in Hyatt Regency London. Churchill held ceremony at the Grand Ballroom and reception, with receptions and afterparties held in an intimate library setting.
This celebration celebrates the achievements of our 2024/25 mentees who are leaving the office, and aims to warmly welcome the upcoming cohort and inspire and motivate them for their upcoming journeys.

The theme of the event, “Author of Be Your Own Success,” centered around storytelling, reflecting the personal and professional growth of each mentee.
Working in the group, graduate mentees were tasked with designing creative presentations to look back on their years in sessions that included formats such as “rewrite scripts,” which rethink important moments from their mentorship experiences, and insightful “trading” style sessions that explored the choices and challenges they faced.
Additionally, the mentees held creative panel discussions, providing personal reflection and professional insights in entertaining and inspirational formats.

Fay Shape, founder of FF15, said, “Theme of the Event – “Author of Your Own Success” – was born organically during a site visit with the Nuff team.
She added: “I wanted mentees to have the opportunity to share personal stories in a way that felt intimate, meaningful and empowered. I naturally moved from last year’s theme, “Travel,” and evolved the story, and invited each mentee to take ownership of the next chapter. ”
The keynote speakers of the event were members of Jag Kangra, the king’s bodyguard who gave an exciting, commander speech on stage alongside Mike Ford.

FF15 has also launched the University Challenge, a new program that won the “Bark in the Park” announced at the event.
The event, held as an afternoon event, featured afternoon tea, champagne and an exquisitely themed table.
Outgoing mentees received a personalized box each containing books specially selected by Sharpe.
Other details include handmade newspaper name cards, bookmark gifts, fay-curated flower arrangements, and bespoke table plans and centerpieces.
Sharp said: “This program is truly a passion project. It’s not about economic benefits. It’s about giving back, making a difference, and helping shape the future of the industry. Everything my team and I do is driven by purpose and based on true intentions.”
She added: “Our goals are simple. We support, raise and empower women in our industry, achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Knowing that this work stimulates and creates lasting impact makes every effort worthwhile.”
The event was supported by Hyatt, Creative Technology, Top Banana Video Work, Ofreem, Just Talent, National weekends, Events and Premier Management Services.

“This year’s mentees have been an absolute joy to work together. Throughout the program, they have not only grown professionally, but have also built lasting friendships and support networks far beyond the program’s time,” said Sharp, who is retiring and next mentee.
She added: “In our new cohort: as I always say, you take what you put in. I encourage each of you to be completely immersed in the experience, take every opportunity and support each other.
