32 teams will be confirmed before the June 14th tournament begins under big names from Real Madrid, PSG and Intermiami.
The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which will be held in the US from June 14th to July 13th, features a record number of teams.
Thirty-two clubs drawn from six FIFA confederations are assigned to four eight groups, each team playing three group stage matches in a round-robin format.
The top two teams in each group start in rounds, culminate in the finals, and advance to the knockout stage to play for New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium.
The final two champions of the tournament – Manchester City (2023) and Real Madrid (2022) – find headlines on a long list of top flight clubs from around the world, incentivized by the record $1 billion prize money spread between the confederation and the club.
Clubs that appear as champions can take home up to $125 million.
