According to Palestinian Red Crescent, four Palestinians released as part of the ceasefire agreement are in danger and are hospitalized in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Israel released 369 Palestinians on Saturday in exchange for three Gaza prisoners.
Israeli prisoners have been appearing in good condition in general through ceasefire exchanges since last month, but many Palestinians appear to have lost a huge amount of weight during detention, with some being physically entitled He seemed to be struggling to walk due to poor condition and physical torture.

The Palestinian prisoner’s media office said the prisoner’s release indicates “the extent of crime and violations within the prison.”
The release of Palestinian Amir Abu Radha told Al Jazeera he spent 18 months in Israel’s Nafa Desert prison where authorities cut off water and electricity.
“Our condition in prison was very difficult and no one could afford it. For a year and a half we had no means of communication, so we were in the world. I was isolated from it,” he said.

Another Palestinian, Hazem Rajab, who was released in the latest exchange, has been inhumane treatment he has suffered since his arrest by Israeli forces in December 2023, two months after the war began. He told Al Jazeera about it.
“The Israelites said, ‘Welcome to hell.’ It was really hell,” Rajab recalled. “From day one, we were badly beaten. The assault was brutal, sturdy and unbearable.”
According to Al Jazeera’s Noor Ode, the Palestinians spoke of assault and abuse even in the final hours before their release.
“Palestinians released from Israeli prisoners are in very bad condition. They talk about how malnutrition has been, hungry for the past 15 months, and even sanitary products have been taken away.
“Their health is clearly sick due to abuse.”
Abu Radha and Rajab were recently arrested, but former director of World Vision in Gaza, Mohamed El Harabi, was jailed for almost nine years before being released on Saturday.
“My case was a well-known case and I was convicted without evidence. El Harabi, accused of supporting Hamas by Israel, told Al Jazeera.
El Harabi said he was physically weakened, lost a lot of weight during his imprisonment and was subjected to physical and psychological torture.
“The starvation happened every day, and we only had a low quality meal once a day. I was 95kg. [209 pounds] When I went to prison. Now I weigh 45kg [100 pounds]. ”
24 prisoners of war from Gaza and 985 Palestinian detainees have been released, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which has helped to promote exchanges since the start of the ceasefire last month.
