Ges Emea has published its roadmap for Net Zero and has announced a clear route to achieving Net Zero by 2050.
The report highlights progress the business has made and initiatives implemented, including removing emissions-intensive material from its portfolio and replacing it with sustainable alternatives.
“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Jason Stead, president of the GES EMEA Exhibition. “We understand how ambitious our plans are due to our Net Zero 2050 commitment and the enormous Zero 2050 commitment that it took to reach this point and the complexity of our business, but we are confident that working with our partners and working with our plans will help us achieve our plans.”
“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Kate Holliday, ESG director at Ges Emea. “In the last 12 months alone, GES has been awarded ISO:20121:2024 with BSI and ESSA’s Sustainability Certification Tier 5 Certification.
“Focusing on sustainability is key to our spirit and we have full support from business leadership. We recognize how important sustainable practices are for modern business and the importance of minimizing their impact on the world,” Stead said.
