Google is starting to expand its AI mode globally. This announced Thursday that users can dig deeper into topics directly within the search, seeking complex questions and follow-ups. Tech Giant brings new agents and personalized features to the feature.
As part of the expansion, Google is bringing AI modes to 180 new countries in English. Until now, it has been available only to users in the US, UK and India. Google will soon be offering this feature to more languages and regions.
Regarding the new agent feature, users can use AI mode to find restaurant reservations and in the future find local service reservations and event tickets. Users can request dinner reservations based on multiple settings, including party size, date, time, location, and preferred dishes. AI Mode searches across a variety of booking platforms to find real-time availability of restaurants that suit your inquiry. Next, surface a curated list of options to select.
This new feature brings Google AI Ultra Subscribers to Ultra Subscribers in the US through the “AI Mode Agent Function” experiment of Labs, a group of Google’s experiments. (Ultra is Google’s finest plan, costing $249.99 a month.)

Google says US users of AI mode experiments will also see search results tailored to their individual preferences and interests. The high-tech giant starts with a dining-related topic for this feature.
For example, someone says, “I only have an hour, I need a quick lunch, do I need any suggestions?” AI mode uses past conversations and provides more relevant suggestions, along with where you search or click on a map. So, if you speculate that AI modes like Italian food and places with outdoor seating, you will get the results of suggesting options for these preferences.
Please note that Google allows users to adjust their personalization settings in their Google account.
