The prestigious artillery (HAC) has appointed Andrew Sopp as an executive chef.
Sauce, who participated in HAC’s in -house catering partner SEARCYS in May 2023, brings this role to this role for more than 20 years.
Sopp, a former warrant officer class 1 with a 24 -year -old regular army in the Royal Logistics Corps, has already influenced HAC catering offers into new and seasonal menus development.
In his new role, Sauce led the HAC kitchen team to design and offer extraordinary dishes for all sizes.
