Leaders from the entire live event and ticket experience economy gathered in central London to meet for sale at the sales live ’25 sales and marketing Confex held on Crypt.
The day’s event attracted a wide range of marketing and communications professionals from the sector, focusing on networking, training and development.
Among the speakers in the headline was Paul Robinson, president of Cartone Channel. Santiago Santamaria Solar, CEO of Global Comms & PR, Senbla & SVP Sony Masterworks Live. Julia Camoda, global director of Hasbro promotions.
Launched by consultant and founder Dawn Farrow, Confex is set to be an annual fixture designed to promote connection, collaboration and shared learning across the live experience situation.
Participants benefited from over 45 speaker sessions, covering a variety of main stage topics, personal development zones, measurement success zones, and unique, free one-on-one coaching sessions.
The central theme of the day was sector growth and increased revenue. Key topics include knowledge exchange across the ticketing industry, maximizing revenue beyond ticket sales, and adapting strategies from sectors including e-commerce.
Highlights included a keynote address from television executive Paul Robinson, who explored the evolution of streaming landscapes and their impact on future live content.
