Intel, an independent travel and meeting management company, has announced that it has appointed Ryan Gray as head of business development and Stuart Tandy as head of bidding management, and has strengthened its growth strategy.

Gray has 33 years of experience in the travel industry and has played a senior role across corporate travel, events and tourism. Known for his strategic leadership and commercial insight, Gray promotes new business opportunities and further expands Intel’s market presence.

Gray said of his new role: “Intel’s reputation for excellence, agility, service and customer-first thinking really aligns with my values. I look forward to working with our talented team to support our clients, strengthen our partnerships and contribute to our ambitious growth plans for the coming years.”

Tandy has worked within the business travel, accommodation, meeting and event sector for over 25 years, bringing extensive experience in managing the bidding process and bidding writing.

Over the past 15 years, he has led and motivated a team of bid writers who provide attractive, high quality bid bids to clients in both the corporate and public sectors.

Douglas O’Neill, CEO of Intel, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ryan and Stuart to Intel, and their arrival will come at a time of continued momentum in our business.

He added: “Intel has grown significantly since 2022. And while we have all felt the impact of the pandemic, our track record of sustained growth over the past 20 years speaks for itself. To build this success, we have made the strategic decision to strengthen our leadership with two recognized industry experts.
