Israel ordered the closure of Al-Auda Hospital in northern Gaza and to migrate dozens of people remaining in health facilities, health authorities have taken the enclave of difficult bombings and star-sieged enclaves.

At least 70 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since early Thursday.

The Gaza Health Ministry called the Israeli push, forced hospitals out of the committee and forced “continuing violations and crimes” against the territorial health sector.

Al Auda was the last surgery hospital in northern Gaza, according to health officials. The hospital was closed and came amid the continued forced movement of Palestinians in Gaza. Later on Thursday, the latest orders will affect many people north and east of Gaza city.

“The Ministry of Health is calling on all aspects involved to ensure protection of the health system in the Gaza Strip, as guaranteed by international and humanitarian law,” the ministry said in a statement.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said 97 people are still in the hospital, including 13 patients. The UN agency is planning a mission to move patients to another facility on Friday.

“Due to impassable roads, hospital medical devices cannot be moved,” he said in a statement.

“With Al Auda closure, North Gaza has no functional hospitals left. We will cut off important lifelines for those there.”

The person who appealed “for the protection of hospitals and the safety of staff and patients.”

Israel surrounded and bombed hospitals across Gaza, killing more than 1,400 health workers, patients and displaced people, local authorities said.

“I haven’t seen food or flour for five days.”

The closure of Al-Auda Hospital has been devastating by the day in Gaza, and Israel continues to suffocate its enclaves.

The US-Israel support efforts continued to be erosed by chaos on Thursday, as limited food supplies were distributed to certain locations run by a shadowy organization known as the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.

“We’ve come to a long distance, about 10km. [6.2 miles] To contaminate this box with blood,” Palestinian resident Saha Abu Tahoon told Al Jazeera in central Gaza.

“We need this box because we don’t have food. We’ve never seen food or flour in five days. We got food for our kids from a very far place.

Multiple explosions were heard and an Israeli shootout was reported on Friday near a distribution centre in central Gaza.

In a report from Gaza city, Hani Mahmoud of Al Jazeera said Palestinians who walked to a newly opened aid site in the Neszarim corridor in central Gaza were unable to leave due to Israeli military operations in the region.

“Many of the people who appeared on the site are currently trapped and are unable to leave the area due to the presence of Israeli tanks and armored vehicles. [and] Ongoing shooting,” Mahmoud said.

“They have sent appeals to the Red Cross to coordinate departures from the area. It’s becoming extremely dangerous for them to walk on their own.”

Israel has pushed bypassing the UN from the aid distribution process and bystanding the sidelines. Critics say that humanitarian assistance on the territory will be further weaponized.

“The problem is that there is a continuing uncertainty and, frankly, they don’t make it easy for us to deliver humanitarian goods,” Dujaric said.

There are 600 aid trucks on the Gaza side of Karem Abu Salem Crossing (known as Kerem Shalom, known as Israel), but Israel has blocked global groups from collecting supplies for the past three days.

Philip Lazarini, head of the United Nations Palestinian Refugee Agency (UNRWA), said “hunger is threatening the future of our children” in the Palestinian enclave.

“What is urgently needed is a political will to ensure that the United Nations and partners can provide support on a large scale without obstacles or disruptions,” Lazarini said in a post in X.

Medical sources say that amid tragic humanitarian conditions, Israel maintained relentless fire on Thursday, with at least 70 Palestinians attacking across Gaza.

Palestinian civil defense said an Israeli strike went missing under the rooftop rub in the construction of a home in Gaza city’s Tafa district.

“Due to the lack of heavy equipment, it is impossible to recover missing individuals from under the roof rack,” Civil Defense said in a statement.

“We therefore call for immediate and urgent intervention from the international community and human rights groups to protect civilians and innocent people in the Gaza Strip.”
