US media reports cited unnamed US and Israeli officials say the meeting will be held at the White House on Monday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will travel to Washington, D.C. to talks with US President Donald Trump on a variety of issues, including tariffs and Iran, Netanyahu’s office announced.

The agenda for the trip includes relations between Torkier and Israel, the “Iranian threat,” Israel’s ongoing war with Gaza, tariffs and “the battle with the International Criminal Court,” the Israeli Prime Minister said on Saturday.

US media reports cited unnamed US and Israeli officials said the meeting will be held at the White House on Monday.

Trump’s invitation came after a call between the two leaders on Thursday. Netanyahu raised the issue of tariffs during the conversation. Israel faces 17% tariffs under Trump’s so-called “mutual tariffs.”

Israel recently moved to cancel remaining tariffs on US imports. The two countries’ free trade agreements signed 40 years ago ensure that around 98% of US goods fall tax-free in Israel.

Netanyahu is currently visiting Hungary on his first trip to Europe since 2023, ignoring an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant against him for alleged war crimes in Gaza.

The Hungarian government announced its withdrawal from the ICC just before Prime Minister Victor Orban welcomed his Israeli counterpart. The United States is not a member of the court.

Also, on the agenda, efforts to reach a Gaza ceasefire agreement and a new agreement held by Palestinian groups on the return of Israeli prisoners of war will be stagnated. Israel renewed its attack on Gaza last month, crushing a short-lived ceasefire with Palestinian group Hamas.

Trump is also pressing Iran to carry out consultations on a new contract on its nuclear program. Iran said it is willing to hold indirect consultations.

For decades, US-led Western countries have accused Tehran of seeking nuclear weapons. Iran rejects these allegations, claiming that its nuclear activities exist only for private purposes.
