Some of the attacks were by Israeli settlers supported by soldiers.
Israeli forces and settlers continue to raid and attack civilians in various parts of the occupied West Bank, with at least five attacks on Saturday and overnight.
Here’s the breakdown of the situation:
Attack:
Israeli forces attacked the town of Al-Isawiya, near eastern Jerusalem, causing conflict with residents, according to the town’s mayor, Palestinian news agency WAFA reports. No injuries have been reported. Israeli soldiers, supported by military vehicles, raided the home of former Palestinian prisoner Saeed Steay, and raided Sarphite, a city near Jerusalem on the central west coast, before ousting his family out. Steae was released from Israeli prisoners on Saturday, but was exiled rather than allowed to return home. The Israeli forces attacked the village of Nabi Sale near Ramallah, Wafa reported, and residents said that several Israeli soldiers had been disbanded throughout the town. Israeli forces also stormed Ramallah, particularly the town of El Bile, near the Jabal al-Tawir district, and launched sound bombs and tear gas on the residents. They also set checkpoints between the village of Harmala and the town of Tuk near Bethlehem, stopped the vehicles, conducted searches, and fired sound bombs at them. Israeli forces send reinforcements to the Nurshamz refugee camp in Talcarem, where they carry out deadly, large-scale military operations against the camp and its residents.
Arrest:
Israeli forces arrested a young man, Ahmed Frasenei, from the Arabe town near the city of Jenin, spurring conflict and attacked Al Basha in a nearby village. Jenin has witnessed fatal raids and sieges by Israeli forces in recent weeks, killing around 25 Palestinians so far. Israeli forces also detained two Palestinian children during the attack. The boys were identified as Ubade Gassan Azim and Zaid Nur Ferhat, who were taken from the villages of Kusura and Qaryut, south of Nablus. Israeli soldiers often close out Palestinian boys.
attack:
Israeli soldiers assaulted a 36-year-old Palestinian in Kalkilya city, resulting in his hospitalization. Jewish settlers, supported by armed Israeli soldiers, attacked a group of Palestinians in the town of Srif near Hebron, reporting citing local and medical sources. Settlers from the settlement of illegal Bain crimes – built on land on the occupied west bank – threw rocks at the Palestinians, causing at least one person to be injured in the head, resulting in his hospitalization. The settlers also attacked a Palestinian man in a car near Bethlehem, causing him to get injured with his eyes after smashing the window of the car he was in. and the village of Um Safa near Ramallah. In Jalud and Umm Safa, settlers deployed live fires. There were no reports of injuries.
