The Oscar-nominated “Spencer” star turned to the French luxury fashion house’s Cruise 2027 collection for her outfit in the southwestern French seaside town. The knit portion was cast in black and customized with a slightly off-the-shoulder neckline and three-quarter length sleeves.
Just below the miniskirt were biker shorts with red and cream stripes on the neckline, cuffs, hem of the shorts, and skirt. I also added small symmetrical gold buttons to the skirt.

Stewart further defined the silhouette by adding a crocodile-textured black leather strap belt with a gold interlocking Chanel logo at the waist. She completed her look with minimal jewelry, black loafers, and bonus sunglasses.
Matthew Blasey began his role as Creative Director of Chanel in April 2025, replacing Virginie Viard. The Cruise 2027 collection was an important and emotional moment for the couturier, who presented it in the seaside town where Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel founded her first haute couture house.

“Brazy, who has been coming to Biarritz since childhood, naturally connected with one of her personal obsessions: mermaids. Model Noor Khan starred as a sea creature in the show’s glamorous black-and-white teaser film, closing the show in a turquoise sequined dress with a fishtail hem,” Joel Diederich wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
“This is where she took her first steps into fashion,” Blazey said after the show, according to Diederich’s review. “What’s so interesting about Biarritz is that she basically watched. She watched swimmers. She tanned. She watched sailors.”
