The six-time MotoGP World Champion will extend the unbeaten run of 2025 with a victory at the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit.

Ducati’s red-hot Mark Marquez won the Argentine Grand Prix after kicking out Gresini’s brother Alex for most of the race.

Just like the Grand Prix opening in Thailand, pole sitter mark won another perfect weekend, winning Saturday’s sprint to keep Alex in the championship rankings for the MotoGP rider.

When he returned to Argentina for the first time since 2019, Mark essentially excluded one error, with the exception of one error, where Alex ruthlessly took first place again, leaving one error that he could never look back on.

MotoGP had no two siblings, first and second in 76 years, but the Marquez brothers achieved feats twice within two weeks.

In Sunday’s victory, the 32-year-old record recorded his 90th victory in all classes, equaling the late Angel Nieto, with the Spaniard pointing to the heavens, wearing a lace wreath with the word “Gracias Angel.”

“I am just as happy as Angel Nieto. This victory is for him and his family, as he was an ace. It’s very important to the world of Spanish motorcycles… a joy that rivals him,” Mark said.

“Confidence wasn’t very good in the back today. There were some issues there. I saw Alex pushing, he was in control of the race.

“I said, ‘OK, it’s fine today.’ But in the end I started to feel better…and with used tires, it was better. It’s hard to attack your siblings. ”

Two-time MotoGP champion Francesco Bagnaia finished fourth, and the Italian already found himself 31 points ahead of his new teammate Marc Marquez.

Fabio di Giannantonio finished fifth in the VR46 race.

The next event in the 22-round season will be the American MotoGP in Austin, Texas, from March 28th to 30th.
